Business Development Manager
Townscape Housing is looking for a Business Development Specialist, who will enlarge the company's network of corporate clients and business contacts.
Job Content:
- Identify international companies with a steady inflow of expat employees at their Shanghai office.
- Introduce and advertise our company’s service to, and build strong connections with, these companies
- Identify client company leads with the goal to sign long term cooperation contracts with them
- Manage and strengthen existing corporate accounts
- Participate in distributing and collecting clients’ satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to discover where and how our services can be improved.
- Manage after-sales service needs from our clients to further strengthen our word-of-mouth reputation
Requirements:
- Foreign national with excellent presentation and communication skills, conversational Chinese skills are a plus
- Familiar with Shanghai and expats' group
- Familiar with WOFE companies and their working process
- Confident, outgoing, and likable personality
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years relevant working experience, preferably similar work experience in the same industry.
- Hard working and able to meet performance targets
Furthermore, the preferred candidate has 1) an established network in Shanghai, and 2) a real estate-related sales, or BD background.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary and performance-based bonus.
