Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Utilizing company database and sources to develop more clients off line.
-Find and visit MNC to develop our business to cooperate company
- Our sales team is a group of Chinese and can speak English, to lead and inspire the team to comply company practices and rules.
-To build the sales team of high spirit and professional attitude.
-Responsible to lead the sales team to achieve higher and higher sales target
-Responsible to train and coach the sales to high professional level
- Responsible to obtain more qualified clients by developing corporate relationship with MNC.
-To lead the whole team to collect and upload new properties information and pictures
-Enhance the team member’s maintenance level of property database done
- To enhance the Team member’s sales skill and professional attitude
- To be sure the sales team keep actively collecting original material for marketing advertisement
- to cooperate with marketing team to provide materials timely to be sure the company website pages can be updated timely
- communicate with our client from time to time to promote and enhance company’s service level
- Other tasks based on your individual strengths and interests

- Professional, smart, flexible & reliable
- Entrepreneurial
- Able to take responsibility and manage projects by yourself
- Good understanding of the leasing market trends in Shanghai
-excellent ability in sales skill
-Familiar shanghai and shanghai’s real estate leasing market.
-has inspirational leadership, understand well how to lead a sales team of Chinese nationality.
-Good understanding of Chinese.
-Familiar with Shanghai and Shanghai’s real estate market
-Familiar with western expats communities
-Result oriented
- 2 years above relevant working experiences in sales and real estate
- Willing to go the extra mile.
