Internship Business Development in real estate

We are looking for interns or full time starting as soon as possible 2015 for a minimum of 4 months, the internship offer you a real deep experience that is valuable on a CV. We would prefer someone with the last year internship, with a profile of business school and last year of study will be a plus. The CV is not really the most important, but your personality is.

The mission:
Your job will be involve in marketing and business development that are linked together. You will follow directly the strategy of the company, be involved in every part, bring your own idea and make evolve the company. Your principal mission is to organize meeting with HR and help to develop the strategy of the company.

As a business developer:
- Learn, follow, analyze, seek opportunities in the market
- Prospect, meet and follow customers
- Prepare, work, improve presentation of the company
- Sign partnership with other companies
- Cold calling
- Planning and working on power point presentation and speech

Your profile:
- Good oral and writing of English is a must, another language is a plus
- Sales experience
- Organized
- Energetic
- Professional looking
- Excellent in communication and talking
- Flexible and reliable
