Job Description:
-Organize and prioritize business opportunities in order to provide necessary elements for business owner to take decisions.
-Determine business SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) and contribute with business development ideas.
-Manage financial, budgetary and human resources
-Elaborate project analysis: feasibility, options comparison, financial results, etc.
-Investigate economic conditions surrounding relevant business activities, for instance industry trends and competition
-Conduct extensive market research into the life cycle of business ideas and projects
-Prepare detailed business plans to align goals and objectives of the organization – situational analysis's
-Monitor projects and assist clients to resolve development process issues
-Forecast business needs to plan associated resource demands
-Establish target markets and priorities
-Continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service.

Requirements:
-If Foreigner: a high level of the English language (both spoken and written) Chinese conversational (or intermediate– reference HSK4-5) Spanish a big plus
-If Chinese native: a high level of the English language (both spoken and written) Spanish a big plus!
-Excellent communication skills in all forms
-Good time management skills
-Strong organization and negotiation abilities
-Working experience in food and beverage industry is a big plus!
