Responsibilities:

• To work with leaders in the welfare, healthcare, government and private sectors and lead a collaboration platform to promote the development of genrontechnology in Hong Kong.
• To promote innovation and technology adoption in social welfare services, including developing pioneering services and building the capacity of the welfare sector.
• To enhance cross-service and multi-disciplinary collaboration in meeting community needs; facilitate and support agency members to share and adopt good practices to create positive social impact and scale up service excellence.
• To assist the Chief Executive as a member of the senior management team, that leads the strategic planning and management of the HKCSS.

Requirements: 

Degree or post-graduate qualification in social work. At least 10 years of post qualification experience in relevant senior management position in the welfare sector. A dynamic and mature team player with strategic foresight, strong and effective leadership, highly motivated and sound experience in NGOs management and networks in local context, excellent communication skills are required.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
