Business Enablement Capability Lead

What you will do

The Business Enablement (BE) Capability Lead has overall accountability across the ACCP BE offering including meeting management, diary management, administration and contract/compliance support activities. The ideal candidate will also be the general “face” of the ACCP to incoming general queries. You are responsible for improving operational effectiveness and efficiency by tactfully resolving problems, developing your team and driving continuous improvement.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Provide oversight of delivery of BE services in line with agreed service delivery metrics.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with cross-functional leadership teams / SLAs / 3rd party vendor(s) and with leading representatives of external stakeholders.
  • Build capabilities, role-model and align adoption of communication tools and technologies to support evolving stakeholder base and interaction needs.
  • Responsible for 2-8 direct reports.
  • Accountable for smooth execution and operation of daily ACCP BE activities and processes (BE Operations, Administration and Contract Support Services).
  • Accountable for all ACCP diary management and meeting management activities.
  • Accountable for processing internal Business Operations activity including training coordination, T&E and general administration.
  • Accountable to lead a multi-functional ACCP Administration and Contract Support Services support team.
  • Accountable for the performance management of the BE ACCP team.
  • Accountable to integrate and manage ongoing transitions of activity to the ACCP BE Team.
  • Accountable for management of the allocated BE ACCP Budget.
  • Accountable for implementing the ACCP growth and improvement agenda.

Our ideal candidate has excellent leadership capabilities and managerial skills. He/she is strategic and problem Solving. He/She has good presentation skills.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University degree.
  • 6+ years aggregate experience in delivering administrative support services and/or process management.
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Working with policies, procedures and SOP’s.
