Business English Teacher needed
We are an official Cambridge institute in China, located in the old campus of Taizhou University in Lin Hai, Zhejiang province. This is a new training center and we require a Business ESL teacher to take on this city’s untapped market. Honestly this is a side project of the Canadian headmaster who just doesn’t have time to do both IELTS and Business ESL at the same time. We have the materials, we can generate the clients, what we need is a dependable individual who will take initiative and make this department grow. You will have a driver to take you to the companies themselves if the clients don’t come to the campus. Prove yourself and you will be promoted and hire people as you lead the Business ESL department to success.
Lin Hai is a magical little city in Zhejiang province, not far from Taizhou. It has lots of trees, clean air (no factories in the city) and is surrounded by misty mountains. There is a great wall that protects the city, an old city that is right out of a movie and genuine (not some tourist hutong), amazing sea food and traditional Chinese culture everywhere. There are modern amenities like Starbucks and McDonalds, an unusual amount of sushi, shopping malls and modernity, but this is a far cry from Shanghai or Hangzhou. Lin Hai is a stop on the high speed train so bouncing around the country is pretty easy.
Although we are primarily an IELTS training center, the owner has big plans for further expansion in ESL and other business opportunities as well. This is a great opening for a real go getter who wants to build something from the ground up. All Common-Wealth teachers are most welcome, especially those with IELTS testing experience.
Requirements:
- Already in China
- CELTA, TESOL
- BA
- Business ESL experience
- Have all your documents so we can hire you easily with a Z visa (non-criminal record, original teacher papers, release letter, etc.). We don’t make the rules so don’t ask us to break them! Thanks.

Contract:
- 1 year
- Return flight to native country when finished
- Free apartment (nice place, worth 2,000+) with expenses covered
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience (13-15k)
