【Responsibilities】
1.Responsible for the Business English training of HR Department, able to carry out professional training activities in a variety of ways;
2.As the leader of the training project, your responsibilities include but not limited to: collect internal needs; design courses；compile training materials; make training records; track training effects & feedback in time;
3.Build English training framework and stimulate employees' enthusiasm of English learning, improve their English skills quickly.
【Qualifications 】
1.English native speaker (Fluent in Chinese is preferred).
2.Currently enrolled in a university (Undergraduates/postgraduates) and will graduate at 2020 or after.
3.Intern working permission should be provided.
4.Have related work experiences on english training, anti-pressure ability, good command of communication skills; Be patient, proactive, amicable and have strong sense of responsibility.
5.Can work at least 4 days per week, no less than 2 months.
