This exciting role offers opportunity to: Promote Lean Culture across GFSS Suzhou organization (BPI’s, Idea’s, Gemba Walks, improvement events, standardized work, and training delivery to build process team's application of Lean tools) Lead CI events/projects to improve Business processes, deployment to integrate corrective action plans Lead CI competition and idea program to promote CI culture and facilitiate productivity saving Drive efficiency improvement at center level by leveraging python, VBA, Access, Marco, Power BI and other techniques Assist business excellence manager to establish improvement roadmap for productivity saving Assist business excellence manager to identify waste for process simplification and error proofing Support process team's efficiency improvement by Macro/Winshuttle development and other technical tools such as python Prepare GFSS Suzhou management report by working with process teams and other AD Hoc site level assignments Participate in and coordinate benchmark study and best practice sharing with other internal & external business unit Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, over 7 years working experiences. Good knowledge about programming language such as phthon, VBA. Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and finance process for each workstream. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with all levels in the organization both in English and Chinese Strong Excel, Marco, Access, Power BI and other technical skills are preferred Strong analytical skill and collaboration style Possess working knowledge of Oracle/SAP Financial ERP Process Improvement mindset with experience in defining finance processes and internal controls Ability to work effectively with multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
