YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE… A Game changer – Proactively engaging with the UK Business Excellence team, Finance, and other relevant functions (Sales/Marketing, Digital) identifying processes and tools to evolve Sales and Customer Engagement Effectiveness such as Sales Targets, SIPs, and resources and to provide support on how to improve sales force operations on an ongoing basis A reporting specialist - Leading the reporting for Medical Aesthetics: Develop, produce, and distribute standardised quarterly, monthly, weekly, and ad hoc Sales reporting and analysis from the data warehouse and cubes A Business Partner - Partnering with the Sales & Marketing Teams to identify key drivers and assumptions and execute modeling/forecasting as required to enable strategic decisions YOU WILL… Drive the data – Using Data Visualisation Tools – e.g., Power BI, providing insights & analytics that tell a story and help drive strategic business decisions. Problem solve – Breaking down barriers and building bridges, leveraging your analytical expertise and brand/Therapy Area knowledge to align and support during Key Business Processes such as KPIs, Business and Budget Reviews Think Commercially - Solid understanding of commercial business, marketing, and industry standard datasets and how data and insights can be better utilised. Qualifications YOU BRING… Strong understanding of SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE) and development of Multichannel evolution across customer facing teams Advanced user DAX and good data modelling knowledge Understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics and associated metrics using SFMC or GA Strong understanding and use of Data Visualisation Tools – Power BI, Tableau etc. Strong project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy Experience of CRM and Salesforce systems e.g., Veeva Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information and logically structure deliverables Highly collaborative - must be able to navigate and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders Solid understanding of commercial business, marketing, and industry standard datasets Omnichannel – experience in developing reporting/systems/visualisation for cross channel digital activities.
