Job Description
SFS Commercial Finance Americas is seeking for a Business Excellence Leader This is a newly crafted position in our Operational Finance Department. This team's focus is enhancing customer experience, delivering business functionality, balancing efficiency, reducing risk and, streamlining operations by automating processes from beginning to end, reducing manual touch points, and creating leaner processes across the organization. You will work closely with the business leaders and teams to establish “as-is” process documentation; utilize LEAN and Agile methodologies; develop new processes and handle intelligent solutioning across the organization. Responsibilities are Lead cross-functional teams sourced from multiple subject areas to develop end-to-end process maps Owns the execution of the simplified process framework with a critical eye towards optimizing processes i.e reducing risk, eliminating manual processing etc., Identify target functions and processes using the data-driven approach 3 key design principles should include operational efficiency, reduce process variation, and consequently gaps in customer experience Improve Process Health by eliminating root cause of systemic and processing issues Re-engineer processes to remove inefficiencies, manual work and control deficiencies Conduct process maturity assessments and execute multi-dimensional initiatives to achieve target state Establish a team of change agents both with direct and in-direct reporting lines to your role Ability to take sophisticated concepts and make them simple for broader understanding Partner closely with other Operational Finance Team Leads and PMO organization, IT and Global leaders Drives an Agile approach to change management. Makes recommendations on how best to achieve balanced results quickly. LEAN will be a key methodology Independent leader and self-starter. Inspirational leader with the ability to influence and make difficult decisions Requirements include: 10+ years of proven experience in leading transformation agendas in financial industry BA/BS in Business, Engineering, IT or similar Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to Lead & being resilient Must have proven track record to motivate change across a diverse organization Experience leading large teams through influencing skills and creating value #LI-MGP Organization: Siemens Financial Services Company: Siemens Financial Services, Inc.
