We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Business Excellence Professional to join our Siemens Digital Industries team in our Melbourne office. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within an area of the Siemens business that has immense market potential. Reporting to the Country Business Unit Head, the Business Excellence Professional works collaboratively across the Siemens Digital Industries businesses to drive digitalisation and continuous improvement across a number of key functions. What you'll bring to the role: • Experience in sales and marketing in a multinational organisation (5+ years). • Strong organisational capabilities in executing internal projects. • Managing by influence – working across all levels of the organisation to ensure project deadlines are met. • Managing stakeholder relationships – locally and in Germany. • An understanding of ERP, CRM & Web-shop systems and the value they bring to an organisation. • A passion for doing things faster, smarter and digitally. • Excellent Analytical Skills - ability to apply them through the use of Excel & Tableau. • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills – including PowerPoint. Your role includes: • Developing, articulating and implementing business improvement projects in conjunction with senior stakeholders focusing on productivity. • Initiating, leading and communicating project/program assessments and lessons learned. • Creating and delivering project presentations. • Analysis of current sales/business performance. • Driving CRM uptake and improvements within the Business. • Ensuring Sales incentives are calculated on-time and accurately. • Deployment of global NXT level Sales improvements - e.g. Tailored learning for Sales. • Managing a team (3) responsible for Data Analytics, Pricing, E-Business, CRM & Strategic Planning. • Market research and strategic planning with management on key vertical markets – 5 year strategic plans. To be considered for this role you will have a strategic planning/business improvement background, ideally with a knowledge in the Water/Wastewater, Mining, Food & Beverage or manufacturing sectors. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally will ensure your success in this role.
