职位描述

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Informatics China business excellence. Develop, maintain and optimize the internal processes, documentation to ensure efficient booking & revenues performance achievement. Coordinate cross-function KPIs and drive internal training & resource plans required to attain next step maturity improvements.
• Be good at using SFDC and facilitate sales pipelines management, act as the project manager to coordinate with services team to verify the progress of projects under implementation, provide the good supports of preparing update report and presentation for Informatics China business consolidation.
• Communicate with different function team as the process owner to clarify issues and follow up booking & revenue status, give timely update to business manager.
• Provide assistance to the manager, including schedule meetings, workshops, marketing & customer activities, traveling arrangement, maintain files and records etc.
• Lead relevant team project, drive more collaborative and efficient teamwork.
