We look forward to you joining us for 20 hours/week. We are also open to offer you an internship in our HR department. Embedded into a global Human Resources organization you will be providing HR support for all day to day business tasks. Additionally you will be involved into interesting HR projects that relate to employee engagement strategies. You will be awaited by a diverse team of highly professional HR Business Partners.

Tasks (not limited to the following): administrative tasks to support HR colleagues, prepare/optimize presentations, data management/analysis, opportunity to take responsibility for own projects, engagement with employees and managers in HR relevant topics, planning and organizing HR events/meetings.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled student of HR management, psychology, business administration, general business degree or equivalent
Interested to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Experience in an international working environment
Attention to detail, flexibility and good organizational skills
Structured working approach, reliable team player
Excellent use of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
