Business Insights Analyst (f/m/d)

The Business Insight Analyst is accountable for deriving information and actionable insights from data (inhouse and external). The Business Analyst provides ad-hoc reports to TAs to support strategic decisions with market insights and provides support for the forecasting process as well as the segmentation & targeting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Insights

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and help to define scope and outcome of market research projects, help to interpret and summarize the results
• Support forecasting process by building and challenging existing forecasting models
• Monitor brand performance through strategic data analysis (e.g. Power BI, excel dashboards)
• Provide brand and market evaluation, interpretation, and communication of results synthesizing key data and insights spanning multiple sources and types of data
• Standardize data streams in order to ensure a consistent and flawless reporting to teams (e.g. R)
• Using IQVIA tools (e.g. Flexview, IAM) to build data reports

Segmentation & Targeting (S&T)

• Provide regional data, aggregate physician level data
• Close collaboration with marketeers for the deployment of new profiling data
• Validate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) lists and get buy in from Sales Force
• Calculate Capacity, Workload for Sales lines
• Support evaluation of territories (balancing of workload and potential)
• Support the discussion of different scenarios by handling geo-mapping software (e.g. Easy Map)

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in business administration, data science, statistics or quantitative studies
• Working experience of 2-5 years
• Fluent in German and English
• Very confident in handling Microsoft Excel, building dashboards and handling provided tools
• Experience in working and analysing of health /pharmaceutical industry data  is an advantage
• Consulting experience is advantage
• Competency in Microsoft Power BI, Easy Map is an advantage
• Basic skills in programming language e.g. R is an advantage
• Profound skills in market and competitor analysis
• Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
• Superior ability to communicate, collaborate effectively
• Affinity to CRM and IT systems

The starting salary for this position is from 40,000, - annual gross depending on experience. We offer our employees numerous benefits and comprehensive social benefits.
