1. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting by securing the data readiness and punctuality at day-end and month-end, together with other BI colleagues and the IT counterparties;
2. Support ad-hoc analysis demand from the business departments via different BI tools, and support the demand for data and technical consultation from new initiatives and projects;
3. Bridge the communications between IT and the report users in case of issues, change requests, and new projects;
4. Support the process simplification and standardization through automation and machine intelligence (e.g. RPA), to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness;
5. Support the design and the carry-out of the local BI strategy;
6. Support other BI and data topics.
