Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst, in the Global Operatoins and Technology Office will: Design and develop key reporting/dashboards to support annual budgeting/planning processes and manage in-year financial and portfolio performance Identify and operationalize key financial, portfolio, and workforce metrics that align to the firm’s strategic objectives Collaborate with business and finance partners to improve executive reporting to drive greater transparency and actionable insights Partner with upstream/downstream stakeholders to drive data quality improvements that support better reporting outcomes Respond to executive asks with ad hoc analysis and reporting Qualifications Highly-skilled problem solver leveraging available data and tools to meet required objectives Strong written and verbal communication skills- able to concisely summarize analysis into actionable presentations Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority objectives simultaneously Expert-level knowledge and experience with Excel, PowerPoint Proficient with BI visualization tools (PowerBI preferred) BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
