The purpose of the Insights and Analytics Business Partner role is to support the Business Unit with insights and advice through high quality primary market research, market assessments, data analysis, and competitive intelligence for best-in-class brand performance. This function is responsible for assigned in-market brands as well as for early pipeline assets within the same therapeutic area. Major Responsibilities: Autonomous conception, steering and analysis of qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc primary market research projects Independent analysis of secondary market data and internal patient models; preparation of patient and treatment flows Autonomous preparation and realization of projects, reports and presentations to support decisions for internal costumers (Marketing, Brand Team, Finance, etc.) Proactive consulting of internal partners in the interpretation and evaluation of research results and in the implementation of the study findings into concrete, actionable and business oriented recommendations and decisions Collection, documentation and analysis of competitor data and insights Observation and analysis of trends and developments in the pharmaceutical market Close collaboration with the local Brand Team and the international AbbVie team throughout Europe and Global Continuous search and evaluation of new and relevant market research methodologies / advancement of market research methodologies and identification of alternative vendors Qualifications University degree in the field of economics, social sciences and/or natural sciences 3 or more years of experience in market research, preferably in research agency or pharmaceutical industry Distinct knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies Excellent analytical skills, especially in the transfer of research results into actionable marketing decision Confident and independent usage of all relevant IQVIA reports or other reports from different vendors within pharmaceutical industry Experience with speech and presentation techniques Strong ability to working in cross-functional teams, reliability and can-do attitude Very good MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) Very good oral and written German and English skills Knowledge about the German pharmaceutical market and understanding of interactions between different stakeholders in the German healthcare system Travel Yes, 5 % of the Time Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
