Responsibility:
Further development and implementation of standard reports to support senior management decisions.
Performance tracking of CRM and Marketing campaigns (e.g. welfare promotions and loyalty programs).
Further development and implementation of analytical management tools (e.g. customer segmentations and scorecards).
Requirement:
University degree, preferably with a focus on quantitative methods (e.g. business administration, business informatics, statistics).
Strong analytical thinking. Including the ability to identify and understand complex topics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain analytical results to line and senior management colleagues.
Leadership.
Team Player.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Up to 1 years working experiences in retail / wholesale business or related industries. Ideally with focus on CRM data and Marketing approaches. Applications from Graduates with relevant working experiences through internships etc. are welcome too.
Experiences in handling big data volumes.
Excellent knowledge of data warehouse technologies. Including SQL or similar programming languages.
