Job Title: Business Intelligence, Consultant

Report to: Manager, Business Planning Partnership Distribution

Location: HCM

The Opportunity:

We are looking for Business Intelligence, Consultant to contribute to the expansion of Partnership Distribution (PD) by providing insight and advice to the management team and all functions, as well as promoting data-driven decision-making cultures.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all sales activity and provide business intelligence to the CPDO, PBM head, and sales team.

• Delivers high-quality analytics based on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales activities, tools, frameworks, and operations.

• Recognize the pain points of business users and advise all stakeholders, including senior management, on how to successfully drive business activities in project scoping and overall strategy synthesis to overcome business challenges.

• Play a key role in transforming business requirements into data analytics requirements and passing them on to the IT team for sophisticated data analytics and data preparation.

• Evaluate the quality of data analytics results, utilize, and integrate it into all of activities of PD, support for decision making.

• Other tasks delegated by line manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration…

• At least 03 years of experience in similar position in insurance, banking or financial industry.

• Proficient in Data processing and analytics tools: SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableur,…

• Good at communication and presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English, critical and strategic thinking
