Lead the AA business analytics pillar and drive insights that lead to strategic and business improvements. In this role, you will partner with leadership and teams from across the business—from sales to finance—to help understand the market opportunities and build lasting, scalable analytics solutions as well as timely strategic business insights. The Business Intelligence Manager will design, implement, manage and analyze marketing research for the AA business, will derive insights from primary and secondary research, and partner with the commercial and marketing team that contribute on decision-making around brands strategies and tactics. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze market and brand trends and performance for all AA business. Capture and communicate these trends/performance dynamics via management and publication of ongoing and timely reporting Maintain organizational knowledge on all insights and performance data generated relative to our brands, including market and competitive trends, health care environmental influences and investment performance against various channels Create, maintain, and ensure timely execution of the marketing research plans, driving alignment with brands strategy and adapting to evolving business needs Drive primary/secondary market research efforts to support Commercial Operations teams to achieve higher marketing and sales impact Actively participate on the brand planning process based with a deep understanding of the market, all stages of the patient journey, and stakeholder influences throughout the journey. Clarify moments of meaning and highlight opportunities to enhance the patient experience. Develop plans to prioritize and address insights gaps across stakeholders Collaborate with leadership, finance, marketing, and sales teams to identify, define, and track key metrics to be used in monitoring, planning, and one-off decision-making Collaborate with Global and regional business excellence teams to integrate and deploy market intelligence initiatives, processes, systems and tools needed to support flawless execution of market operations Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field. Concentration in marketing research or is a strong plus. EXPERIENCE 7+ years’ experience within the pharmaceutical/medical device/OTC/Aesthetics Business in Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence areas Demonstrable experience in building and understanding market dashboards, financial reports, budgets, sales forecasts SKILLS Strong analytical skills and business acumen Fluent English communication skill is essential Strategic thinking – Detail oriented with ability to take a step back and think strategically and make critical recommendations and decisions. Proven ability to ask the right questions to elicit the true business needs and understand how to support them most effectively Proven track record as an effective team builder and change leader.
