Job purpose & objectives: Anticipate Brand Teams’ business needs to develop and implement a local business intelligence roadmap. Ensure that this roadmap sticks to 175 Integrated Brand Plan requirements. Be gatekeeper of end-to-end market research process: lead vendors briefs sticking to our local OEC and regulatory policies, ensure close follow-up of fieldwork, ensure understanding of key findings towards BT, promote use of key insights when BT strategies are defined, ensure follow-up of these strategies impacts on brand performance. Key insights would be validated via both external and internal stakeholders’ interactions. Extend the scope of our market research to new audiences: patients, pharmacists, politics, payers, etc. This broader scope will ensure holistic approach of our strategies. Be key player of the “No Number Long Range Plan” approach: constantly analyzing key market trends impacting the pharmaceutical industry, customer, brand, market insights and discuss key recommendations with relevant internal stakeholders (Business Unit Manager, Brand Managers, Market Access, Gov. Affairs, Patient Relation Manager, Medical) to refine Affiliate strategies and ambitions. Leverage competitive intelligence capability within the organization: collect key information, transforming gathered information into valuable insight for Brand Teams, closing the loop between Brand Teams and Infield Teams. Leverage digital tools (google analytics, social media listening) as new ways to identify “end-users” insights related to our Company, Brands and services. What would you do? Develop a local business intelligence roadmap aligned with corporate strategies. Identify and analyze key market trends impacting the pharmaceutical industry on short and long term. Develop and communicate industry, customer, brand, market insights and propose key recommendations to the affiliate to refine brand strategies and objectives. Challenge the Brand Team strategy by objective use of market data and implement innovative research techniques. Coordinate central BI information library and identify opportunities to improve and simplify access to BI data & information. Support brand teams in understanding and translating market intelligence & market research data. Evaluate and negotiate new suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager to ensure maximum benefit for the business and minimum cost for the organization. Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of customer excellence projects. Collaborate with international market research & business intelligence colleagues by sharing best practices and combining or contributing to international projects.
