Job Purpose
Develop, implement and drive market and business intelligence analysis and strategic marketing intelligence projects with an impact on China level.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Secure Market Intelligence analysis, identification and reporting, concept development and further implementation on China level
Lead China macro market analysis and trend identification and translate them into business impacts and recommendation
Assume ownership of and actively involved in the strategic marketing and competition intelligence gathering, analysis, validation, reporting and presentation
Lead grassroots intelligence gathering efforts via external and internal channels and constantly expand and optimize intelligence pool; Be the point of contact and liaison with external intelligence community
Contribute to the strategic planning and refinement process; Transform business needs and requirements into strategic market intelligence projects; Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and collaboration, particularly BMDs, BDs and SDs; Ensure the projects meet Business objectives and targets towards company strategy directions
Support the development of global product marketing intelligence projects and solutions in China
Lead the development and optimisation of the whole business intelligence process
Required Minimum Qualifications
8+ years working experiences in Market Intelligence / Product Marketing in multinational companies;
Experience executing business analysis /reporting and Product Marketing projects within a complex business environment;
2-3 years consulting experience preferred;
Proven capabilities to engage in strategy initiatives, stakeholder relationships etc;
Proven capabilities in presenting and communicating information;
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Project management experience is a plus
Self-starter who can work under tight deadline and pressure
Attention to details and high level of data accuracy
