1.Providing professional customer service;
2.Keep professional customers relationship, ask for feedbacks from client to provide better service;
3.Cooperate with manager and help to deal with urgent matters;
4.Participate in events, expos and trade exhibitions;
5.Participate in job training and basic skills training to provide better services;
6.Help to a manager with other work if needed.

Job requirements:
1.Proficiency in English;
2.A degree or experience in tourism, hotel management or flight/airport services is an advantage;
3.Networking skills, athletic skills advantage;
4.Previous internship experience an advantage.
