Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Learning Partner (BLP) to implement and maintain innovative DBS Academy solutions which align functional knowledge & skills, processes and policies to support business strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning agenda/roadmaps or strategic programs
- Conduct learning needs analysis and execute learning roadmap/priority programs adoption through proactive interactions with internal stakeholders
- Continually evaluate/assess the effectiveness and benefits of curriculum programs in response to insights from observations, data, feedback, and industry evolvement
- Ensure high quality execution of curriculum to create joyful learning experiences
- Represent DBS Academy through clear, concise, and client-oriented communications
- Identify, evaluate and deliver appropriate learning interventions for internal stakeholders through the use of stand-up facilitation, in-house resources and/or external consultants/vendors where appropriate
- Previous experiences in social learning a plus
- Ensure all areas of work comply with internal controls, audit and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Degree holder (A Master degree preferred)
- 8 years or more of learning & development experiences, preferably in financial industry
- Passionate and capable of designing learning interventions and conducting stand up delivery/facilitation
- Able to provide independent and professional advice to key internal stakeholders
- An effective team player with strong influencing & negotiation skills and able to work with staff of all levels/ranks
- Experience in managing online community a plus
- Good command of English and Mandarin
