Business Line Supply Chain Manager Primary Location: Vienna, Austria Secondary Location: Schrems (Lower Austria), Sarbi (Romania) The Business Line Supply Chain Manager (later on SCM) is focused on the daily execution of Supply Chain in EATON's Power Management and Control Components Division (PMCC), Electrical Sector,EMEA. The role will report directly into the Divisional Supply Chain Manager, PMCC EMEA and functionally into the relevant Multi-Site Operations Director. In this role, the primary focus is to ensure the divisional approach and strategy defined by PMCC leadership are executed on an operational / plant level. As one key objective, the Business Line SCM is responsible to ensure the defined supply plan for the month can be achieved, being involved also into the monthly SIOP process. The job holder is expected to demonstrate high levels of leadership that represents a divisional role and act as an ambassador for both, EATON's and the Division's values. Being able to coach junior functions in the division is an expected skillset, in order to foster Supply Chain maturity. The role will fulfill the following primary objectives: Drive the operational strategy and end to end functional excellence in the supply chain function on a monthly basis, supporting the monthly SIOP process Functionally lead the plant SCM functions in close alignment to the Divisional strategy and drive the PMCC approach to bring our Industrial and Control Division (ICP) as well as Power Distribution Components (PDC) together as one with a focus on synergies Work out opportunities for standardization within the Divisional supply chain, with a focus on bringing together ICP and PDC, and deploy validated opportunities across the Division Performance Management: assess and drive the actions that are necessary to keep the business entities on track versus business goals related to inventories and service. Supporting and leading strategic projects both remotely and in person as required Handling ad-hoc requests such as customer escalations, production stoppages and other high priority urgencies in the SCM landscape Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business studies or similar education 5-7 years of experience in a Supply Chain function with > 3 years of managing a team in an operational environment Experience in SAP Materials Management, Forecasting and Operations planning Ability to work within a matrix organisation, drive change and performance through own initiative, coaching and leadership Detail focused approach to work Professional presentation skills The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications and professional experience, is from EUR 75,000 gross annually.
