We are looking for a business manager to:

• support the Asset Management COO and Head of Business Management in preparing materials and minutes of key meetings, such as the Operating Committee, Conduct Committee, etc.
• partner with the HR and Business Risk Management team on conducting analyses
• Drive the bi-annual assessment of internal key procedural control metrics across the COO area
• help management in the detection and mitigation of risks and process deficiencies
• provide support in strategic and business relevant projects or tasks
• support in adhoc analyses for the AM COO
• manage the monthly new joiner report
• Coordinate activities with other AM Business Managers across regions, functions and businesses
