Job Description
Position: Business manager (India)
Job description: Assist overseas company, office or project manager to promote overseas business, including but not limited to the following matters:
1.Expanding overseas market, establishing contact with potential customers, understanding market demand, and promoting business cooperation.
2. Maintaining on-going customer relationships, visiting customers regularly and collecting customers feedback.
3. Coordinating local daily work, including local policy interpretation, relationship handling and other related localization.
4.Co-coordinating with overseas company, office and domestic related departments to ensure the business proceed smoothly.
Qualification:
1. Major in chemical engineering or relevant specialtiesProficient in Chinese, knowledge of Chinese culture, could adapt to multi-culture work environment.
2. Indian nationality, in-depth understanding of local culture and policies.
3.Team-worker.
4. Fast-learning.
5. Strong capabilities of adaption to multi-culture environment.
6. After 6-12 months in-service training, return to work.

主要职责:协助海外公司、办事处或项目负责人推进海外业务,包括但不限于如下事项
1.拓展海外市场,与潜在客户建立联系,了解市场需求,推动业务合作

3.协调处理当地相关事项,包括当地政策解读、关系处理等相关属地化工作
4.协调海外公司、办事处或项目与国内相关部门的协作,确保业务顺利推进;
任职要求:
1.化工相关专业,能熟练使用中文,对中国文化有一定了解,能够适应不同文化背景的工作环境;
2.印度国籍,对印度当地文化、政策了解深入;
3.具备较强的团队协作精神和快速学习的能力;
4. 前6-12个月需在中国培训学后,再回到印度工作。
