Description du poste

- identify and develop new prospects

- consolidate acquired customers by identifying their needs in a timely and punctual manner

- develop new business opportunities

- manage the various stages of sales negotiations

- manage the commercial and contractual documentation of the order, monitoring the billing and payment by the customer

- prepare offers

- manage a variable number of consultants

- achieve the assigned objectives

-  Participate in the full recruitment cycle, from creating JDs aligned with Client needs, through profile selection, interviews, qualification meetings, and on-boarding and project integration.

-     Knowing OEM (Stellantis) is a plus

Qualifications

-      University degree in Business or Engineering. An MBA or Master of Engineering is a plus.

-      Proven access to decision-makers in Automotive industry. Knowing OEM (Stellantis) is a plus

-      3+ years working experience in business development and/or sales.

-      Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

-      A self-starter, with persistent spirit, able to work autonomously but also highly collaborative.

-      Native Mandarin Chinese and fluency in English.
