What you will do: Ensure the effective development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs for their product portfolio Be responsible for the annual planning of revenue unit sales, financial targets and market transparency for MTA (Management Target Agreement) and review of achievement against market revenue unit, sales and financial targets for MBR (Management Business Review) Act as the liaison with the Business Area(s) for alignment when launching of new instruments and assays and their support within established product lines is an important aspect of this position · Develop sales force tools and programs to drive key marketing initiatives which may include key messaging and branding pricing models, testimonials, proven outcomes, and other tools · Be the key contact on all matters pertaining to their portfolio including forecasting, escalations and must work with sales commercial operations and other departments; to ensure all strategic imperatives are met for each product line · Maintain product and market knowledge to ensure successful strategies and supporting tactics · Work closely with their US and global counterparts to ensure a standardized approach to the business where possible · Develop and maintain business relationships with key opinion leaders in the market and monitors industry developments; and follows market changes via market research sales calls and analysis of competitive information Participate in and has leadership role in customer VIPs Regional Meetings and Trade Shows customer interactions presentations and instrument demonstrations What you need: · Bachelor’s degree or similar degree in a relevant field to Siemen’s business of medical technology Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical Diagnostics industry · Marketing experience in the diagnostics industry is a definite asset · Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing · Team player, Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills · Must be flexible enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality · Ability to balance a process-driven approach while generating innovative ideas is imperative · Interpersonal skills presentation skills and negotiating skills · Strong background in a customer focused environment Effective time management and conflict resolution skills since the job requirements encompass interaction with many internal and external customers · Highly competent in computer applications · Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken · French would be an asset · Must be able to travel up to 25-30% of time Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time Siemens is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
