Then come and join our team as Business Manager Enterprise Imaging & Reporting As a real business manager you have the possibility to develop the market and launch new attractive products in your specific business area of Enterprise Imaging and Reporting Solutions. Your creativity and energy are needed to successfully maintain and develop the market with these new products. Mutual support, relationship and collaboration with other departments are key elements to develop a successful business. Your tasks and responsibilities You define, communicate and execute sales strategy for imaging IT products including PACS, VNA and advanced visualization solutions in the Belux zone. You translate the clinical needs of our customers into a tailored customer solution. As a Portfolio Solutions Manager, you provide the link with the business line’s international marketing department Clinical on-site demonstrations are key to show the added value of our solutions. You will be in charge for the organization and good execution of these demonstrations to achieve the requested business results. You present our offering during customer presentations and demonstrate the syngo / Carbon portfolio systems at the customer site. You thus also have a sales-oriented mindset. You are responsible for the administrative processes around the management of syngo / Carbon portfolio You collaborate intensively with different internal teams (Sales, Application, Customer Service, Finance, Sales support …) as well as with potential or identified external partners. You identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the market. You develop proactively a strategic collaboration with the KOL’s in collaboration with the key decision makers in the local market and HQ. You own the set-up of local customer workshops or marketing events, in collaboration with our marketing team, and educate the different internal teams on our Syngo/Carbon solutions and competitive positioning. You set/adapt product pricing strategies and develop/adapt product positioning concepts by running competitive analysis You coordinate scientific collaborations related to PACS, VNA and Enterprise Imaging and Reporting together with our collaborations manager You are responsible for customer communications on new or existing products in relation to your portfolio, as well as to collect feedback from local customers to the development teams. As the referent for the dedicated product lines on scientific & clinical topics, you translate your scientific knowledge and newly gained insights in understandable and usable marketing and sales tools You participate in congresses and national and sometimes also international meetings, and organize local marketing events for the customers Working closely with our Sales departments, you participate in joint customer visits, support in sales argumentation by bringing your scientific and clinical knowledge. You prepare pricing quotes supported by global tools and support funnel management in co-operation with our Sales department. You also prepare together with the Sales Team (account managers) and other bid-team members relevant tender responses. To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/medical-imaging-it Your profile You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Medical Technology, , or equivalent by experience Integrated visualization software with advanced tools and AI-powered apps for fast multi-modality 3D and 4D reading are not new to you; in fact, you are inspired by the vision of “One Workspace” combining reading and reporting with a clean and intuitive user interface to maximize image space and reduce complexity. You are convinced of the power of the combination of open Image and Data Management (IDM) whereby all imaging-related data points from across the entire hospital (or network) are consolidated into one sport to be translated into knowledge You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise Imaging, advanced visualization and/or PACS-VNA solutions or equivalent experience in related business. Having actual PACS marketing, sales or related experience is a plus. You have been involved in pricing before, ideally you have experience in developing new pricing models to disturb existing players and gain share of wallet You have knowledge of IT and business-related tools You have an excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English. You have well-developed personal and professional communication skills to effectively interact with regional marketing, global marketing, sales & senior managers within Siemens Healthineers You are self-reliant and motivated, you take initiatives and act proactively You have good presentation skills You have commercial skills and are customer focused You have a positive mindset and can cooperate/communicate easily with different stakeholders You have great organizational and follow-up skills A driver’s license is required.
