We are looking for a Business Manager – Governance and Change to:

• represent AM Investments on regulatory change projects led by our Regulatory Management team; this includes impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, input into solution design, and Investments preparedness (e.g. training, procedures, governance oversight)
• support and/ or drive other strategic change initiatives as assigned; facilitate efficient working groups to track status and drive action
• coordinate the operational risk control assessment process, working with Functional Business Manager and Investments colleagues across asset classes; support control improvements
• identify and drive process efficiencies and simplification efforts
• work with the Functional Business Managers to ensure comprehensive Supervision/ procedural documentation
• establish collaborative relationships with business partner functions, including Business Risk Management, Chief Operating Office, Compliance & Operational Risk, Regulatory Management, Product Management, Operations, Technology, etc. to maximize effectiveness in the role
