We’re looking for someone like that to help us be the main business management face off/support to the head of Investment Bank Operations Americas Region.

You will serve as the primary aide to the respective business areas and coordinate with multiple areas within Corporate Center including Finance, HR, the central COO team, Vendors, Risk and Regulatory Management and all the globally and regionally aligned service areas

We're looking for someone like this to:
• handle proactive monitoring and governance
• monthly financial forecasting cycle
• management of WFP resources, allocation, alignment including OU and cost center management and tracking
• service based billing and cost shred management and implementation
• execution tracking for savings
• technology cost allocation over sight and drill down into allocated costs to challenge
• management of the annual business demand process, including business case modelling and management
• recruitment process
• third party costs, including BPO management, invoicing and accruals
• travel and expenses management and approval
• ad hoc reporting for the business and other management priorities
• people management in the OM team
