We’re looking for a member for the business management team to support operations with following responsibilities:

• the function work with a variety of stakeholders within the bank and external partners
• support preparations of different committee meetings
• leading and maintain the process landscape of REPM Switzerland and instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward
• ensure sustainability of solution implementation to help deliver lasting change
• act as a subject matter expert in deployment of future state processes, and able to implement and develop innovative solutions?
• manage the project portfolio and supporting the project manager e.g. for PMO, ranging from quick tasks such as pulling
• provide support for the Head Business Management in terms of strategic initiatives and business relevant projects like platform remediation (PMO role)
• help the head business management in the detection and mitigation of risks and process deficiencies
• design, coordinate, and implement analytical business solutions to support innovation initiatives
• leading the contract management
