We’re looking for a business manager to:
• be the Technology Process lead and Subject matter expert for any CA-PPM process/ tooling change requests that impact the Portfolio or Program functionality
• lead process improvements across Technology Business Management by planning, designing and implementing initiatives to drive process and organizational simplification
• collaborate with other process owners, end-users and technical teams to ensure the design requirements meet the business need and quality controls are placed during the process
• work closely with Group Technology Operating Management team to enable organizational transformation and drive improvements in various processes across the organisation
• partner with several organisations including Technology, Finance, Sourcing and HR to deliver integrated solutions to enhance the end user experience
