Based in Taipei, our new SICE entity under Investment Management, the incumbent is expected to provide major support on Business Development & Client Services and some knowledge of Accounting and AML.

Description:

• In conjunction with Finance, ensure that local financial statements/accounts are completed and filed
• Responsible for regional client service for institutional and intermediary clients as necessary, including but not limited to on boarding new client, handle client enquiries and reporting, conduct regular client screening, client review, review and close alerts from screening, Regular reporting to mutual fund client and Taiwan Master Agent
• Develop, maintain, and assist in completion of the projects
• Monitor transaction and report to Finance
• Maintain sales database, assist with data collection and generate relevant management reports for Taiwan
• Collect and distribute market intelligence on competitors, prospects, clients, consultants, regulations and other industry developments
• Working with other analysts in the group to execute regional events and client conferences
• Provide local support on compliance AML

Qualifications

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years sales assistant/support, client services or relevant industry experience
• Financial Institution/Asset Management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• High proficiency in MS packages, particularly Power Point
