Then come and join our team as Business Manager Value Partnerships (m/f/x) As business manager Value Partnerships, you’re on a mission to develop the market and co-create & launch new attractive transformational solutions to hospitals and other care providers. In this role, you will work with hospitals and hospital networks on optimizing healthcare organizations. You have both solutions and consultancy services to provide answers in the form of (long term) Value Partnerships to help customers navigate through the transformation of the Belgian healthcare system, be it the evolution from 100+ hospitals over almost 200 physical sites to 25 loco-regional hospital networks, or the changing financing environment, whereby medical imaging is getting extra “focus” by the Ministry of Health. Your creativity and energy are needed to successfully detect strategic, process, workflow or other requirements and turn them into an opportunity to bring Value to our customers. Relationship and collaboration with other departments as well as 3rd party partners are a must-have to develop a successful business, but your entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘can do’ mentality is essential to succeed. The needs of customer define where you go. Your tasks and responsibilities: You are building C-suite contacts with hospitals, or have them from your past experience You define, develop, communicate, and execute a strategy towards Value Partnerships as opposed to standard purchase habits. You like to change the status quo. You translate the clinical needs of our customers into a tailored customer solution. You present our offering during customer presentations. You thus also have a sales-oriented mindset. You can demonstrate being a trusted advisor to hospitals, and you create an environment to discuss what really matter. You breathe teamwork, getting both sales, services, consultants and portfolio solution managers to work towards customer targets and KPI’s that you have identified. You collaborate intensively with different internal teams (Sales, Application, Customer Service, Finance, Sales support …) as well as with potential or identified external partners. You identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the market. You develop proactively a strategic collaboration with the KOL’s in collaboration with the key decision makers in the local market and HQ. You own the set-up of local customer workshops or marketing events, in collaboration with our marketing team, and educate the different internal teams on our Syngo/Carbon solutions and competitive positioning. You coordinate scientific collaborations if they add value for the customer, in co-operation with the collaborations head for Belgium. You participate in congresses and national and sometimes also international meetings, and organize local marketing events for the customers Working closely with our Sales departments, you participate in joint customer visits, support in sales argumentation by bringing your scientific and clinical knowledge. You prepare pricing quotes supported by global tools and support funnel management in co-operation with our Sales department. You also prepare together with the Sales Team (account managers) and other bid-team members relevant tender responses. Despite all of this, you are responsible for the administrative processes around the management of the funnel and opportunities, and you own that. To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/nl-be/services/value-partnerships Your profile: You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, Medical Technology, or equivalent by experience You have an understanding of the changing dynamics of the Belgian healthcare system, such as networks and VBHC based financing. You have an excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English. You like ‘out of the box’. You have a vision on how digital can help the transformation of healthcare. You have experience building new business cases, doing things different, change what is considered normal. You have well-developed personal and professional communication skills to effectively interact with C-suite and other HCP’s in hospitals, as well as with regional marketing, global marketing, sales & senior managers within Siemens Healthineers You are self-reliant and motivated, you take initiatives and act proactively You have good presentation skills You have commercial skills and are customer focused and self-driven. You have a positive mindset and can cooperate/communicate easily with different stakeholders You can demonstrate success in leading leads to business You have great organizational and follow-up skills A driver’s license is required.
