Responsibilities:

1. Overall Supervision of Overseas Money Lending Business:

• To execute and review the business plan and budget plan;
• To execute and review the sales and marketing plan to drive sales and revenue;
• To develop and review the risk assessment schemes on the money lending business (for both business nature and individual loan case);
• To build and line up with local stakeholders’ network, including mortgage brokers, realtors, lawyers, escrow officers, tax advisers, immigration consultants, etc.;
• To manage the loan portfolio, such as cases / contracts review and revamp, assessments on local market changes, insurance coverage assessments, etc.

2. Legal and Taxation Compliance Matters:

• To liaise with local lawyers and CPAs for full compliance of the business operation.

3. Internal Departments Liaison:

• To alert and make recommendation on the inter-departmental communications to achieve effective and efficient operations with commitment to the borrowers.

4. New Business Opportunities Exploration:

• To identify, explore and research any new business opportunity with exit strategy;
• To incorporate and execute any new business plan upon the Group’s approval.

5. Performance of Any Ad Hoc Task / Mission Whenever Necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate, or equivalent disciplines;
• Good leadership and having positive team player attitude. 3-5 years relevant experience in Managerial level is a must;
• Experience in US mortgage loan business are an advantage;
• Good analytics mindset and problem-solving techniques;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility; result-orientated; ability to start missions from zero to built-up framework;
• Sociable and mature personality;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
• Regular overseas travelling is required.
