We're looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the business and influence decision-making.
In this role, the Sales Ops and Business Planning Manager will support the China team to meet organizational goals, by providing long-term and short term business plans, developing and implementing the evolving go-to-market model, designing and monitoring BMS (Business Management System), conducting essential data analyses for business insights and recommendations, and designing/improving critical sales and customer related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term and short-term plan for China; be the owner of the annual operational planning process to decide the financial targets, HC plan, and budget plan for China team
  • Design the Go-To-Market model and sales territory plan to fit the need of an evolving market and organizations. Set sales target according to the sales strategy, territory development, and resource planning
  • Design and improve Business Management System; Provide regular reports/dashboards to the team, and identify key areas of highlights and lowlights for the team to focus on
  • Conduct data analysis for business insights and recommendation, and coordinate the team to implement recommendations to improve sales productivity
  • Design or improve sales/customer related processes to improve customer experience and sales efficiency
  • Communicate with global sales operations team on regular basis to understand global directions and provide local feedbacks to the global team


Basic Qualification:

  • More than five years' experience in strategic planning related roles, e.g. sales operations/planning, management consulting, and financial business analyst

· Strong data analyses skills; Mastery of data analytical tools (e.g., excel) · Good process development skills and project management capability

  • Able to collaborate with various functions teams Self-motivated, data-driven, quick learner; Have back-bone to disagree in a data-driven manner

· Experience in a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial · Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English are must

  • MBA degree from a top business school is a plus
