Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project management

  • identifying transformation initiatives and projects for ARDx Vietnam based on short and long term business needs.
  • End to end design, detailing, execution and project management of key projects of ARDx Vietnam. The position is responsible for working with and/or leading cross-functional teams across the commercial divisions to execute strategic / substantial projects to ensure the business goal achievement vs. committed KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across ARDx Vietnam and regional support function – across commercial, operations, HR, finance to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery of agreed actions.
  • Incorporate best practices in project management and act as point of contact for project reporting and regular updates.

2. Supply management

  • To lead and manage the end to end supply and demand of ARDx in an efficient way by monthly build the demand and supply request/plan for a period of coming 28 months which maintain good shape of DOH.
  • To coordinate and communicate with cross functions team both local and regional (Ops, RA, QA, Commercial, Finance, Market Assess, sourcing plant) in term of product availability or discontinuity.
  • To analyses the inventory projection with key distributors and lead/work with cross function for maintaining the healthy inventory.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 10-15 years of total experience required in healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major. Marketing /Supply Chain Management/ International Business/ Finance is a plus.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or higher internationally recognized certification preferred.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Timeline management.
