HP Inc. Worldwide PSGO Supply Chain Operations team is looking an individual with Business Intelligence (BI) background with a proven track record of defining, developing automated solution to simplify and enhance BI capabilities. You will be familiar with HP’s data and process to build BI solution that supports Commercial Notebooks, Mobile WorkStations, Mobile Retail Point of Sales, Mobile Thin Clients and Mobility businesses. As a BI Analyst, you get to work and lead many analytics, dealing directly with Suppliers/ODMs/OEMs, Sales Operations, NPI, Marketing and R&D engineering, and TCE/Q.

Establish Business Intelligence (BI), data acquisition and reporting for the Global Supply Chain organization. Design and develop the BI Analytic Strategy by defining BI architecture including Backend Database Technology, ETL capability, Data Quality and Data Visualization using tools such as MSFT SQL, SAP BW/HANA, Power BI etc.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• 3+ years of related experience in developing and delivering BI solutions.
• In depth knowledge of SQL development.
• Strong knowledge of Database and Server Management.
• Excellent statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and influencing skills; English and local language.
• Good business acumen and technical knowledge within the PC Business
• Good project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies.

Education Required:

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; Procurement/Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business and/or advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically, 2-3 years of experience Procurement and Data Analytics that leads to sound decision making.
