This position will be responsible for supporting the DISW sales organization for operational activities including but not excluding: SFDC Opp routing, SFDC data management, Tableau end user support (onboarding & ongoing training) support Sales Programs capturing Market Intent data for Sales Org Responsibilities: Provide ad-hoc user support Respond to Tableau support requests Identify support materials and provide answers for fundamental support requests by end users. Answer ad hoc basic navigation and “how to” questions Fix simple technical and set up errors with IT Escalate and track successful resolution of complex technical problems Identify and resolve root causes of problems Support SFDC Data Management Team Monitor Opportunity Routing internal process Monitor Lead data routing process Capture user activity error creating duplicate Account, Contacts and Opps Support internal requests for advanced SFDC Report and Dashboard creation Support internal Deal Registration process as back up to internal team Market Intent data Coordinate with internal Marketing team on Bombora requests Merge Raw intent data into Siemens DISW SFDC structure and upload via Demand Tools Coordinate with Sales Org on Accounts and Opps to target for Intent Data Provide education and training on process of capturing and loading data Provide updates to Sales Org on Intent data in SFDC for action Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a strong background in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Computer Science or Communications preferred Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Word and other Microsoft tools 3 + years professional and or Corporate experience Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written Preferred Qualifications: Experience/certification in Salesforce.com end user support Proficiency in Tableau Certifications in Salesforce.com or other tool support systems Experience in Data management tools Experience with SFDC Data loader internal tool Bombora Experience ZoomInfo Experience At Siemens we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
