Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst / Project Manager (Training) who will manage and coordinate RWS product training for our global customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate successful delivery of RWS product training
  • Assist customers with queries and concerns related to training products
  • Maintain database of product training orders
  • Prepare status reports for finance and upper management
  • Liaise with Product Development and Sales teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Support strategic objectives through process optimization and revenue maximization
  • In short – manage the end-to-end training process, from order confirmation to delivery
  • -Assist the Professional Services organization where required

Skills and knowledge

Must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business or Finance related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience of working in a corporate environment
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver towards long term objectives
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • An agile mindset and a desire to learn

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Experience of working in the Language Technology domain
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of multiple foreign languages
