Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst / Project Manager (Training) who will manage and coordinate RWS product training for our global customers
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate successful delivery of RWS product training
- Assist customers with queries and concerns related to training products
- Maintain database of product training orders
- Prepare status reports for finance and upper management
- Liaise with Product Development and Sales teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Support strategic objectives through process optimization and revenue maximization
- In short – manage the end-to-end training process, from order confirmation to delivery
- -Assist the Professional Services organization where required
Skills and knowledge
Must have:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business or Finance related field
- At least 2-3 years’ experience of working in a corporate environment
- Ability to multi-task and deliver towards long term objectives
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in working with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- An agile mindset and a desire to learn
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience of working in the Language Technology domain
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
- Knowledge of multiple foreign languages
