Position Overview In this role you will be responsible for supporting Social Selling Program for Americas Zone, while supporting Sales Programs with various Outreach requests and internal projects Establishing a best practice for Social Selling strategies for Americas Zone Onboarding new users to Sales Navigator, while re-training current users based on usage data to be reviewed every 60 days Continuing evolvement of not only the Social Selling tactics but also deploying new content via docs and video for training walkthroughs Responsibilities Onboarding new Sales Navigator users Training on best practices for Social Selling Training on best practice for leveraging integration between SFDC and Sales Navigator Monitor current level of usage for Sales Navigator Provide training to current users Capture up to date ROI of social selling tactics in SFDC Establish best practice for ROI capture and reporting in SFDC Report on ROI breakdown to Sales Leadership team Collaborate with LinkedIn (vendor) on enhancements and updates to platform Collaborate with Vendor for enhance support and training Onboard AMS Reps to Amplify (Sprinklr) Support usage of Highspot as part of Social Selling tactics Enhance training documentation for AMS Support internal AMS Employee Newsletter Support internal AMS ACE Award Process Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business, Communications and or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of Social Networking in business environment Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience and or equivalent 10% travel minimum within the Americas Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social networking Sales Navigator usage Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
