Job Description

About the assignment

  • Work with the Business Operations & HR Operations Leader to ensure that all candidates that have applied through the recruitment process receive a timely response with the right communication at the right time
  • Maintain staff personal profile and database and make sure that it is always up-to-date
  • Responsible for ensuring all co-workers are supplied with the appropriate tools and equipment to deliver their job roles
  • Responsible for ensuring all HR administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant with local audit procedures and all filing systems are up to date and accurate
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of office equipment (i.e. copier and distilled water etc)
  • Assist in staff recreational activities arrangement such as Happy Friday, leisure activities etc.
  • Maintain and manage stock of uniform
  • Monitor Staff Pantry through regular check, meal survey, complaint resolution etc.
  • Day to day general administrative duties as required


About you

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with great attention to details
  • Strong organizing & coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, polite and cheerful
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on roster basis to accommodate operations needs
