We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Operations Manager to join the Developer Software Engineering (DSE) organization in India and support our growth. We are looking for someone who seeks challenges, is self-starter and is enthusiastic about finding efficient solutions to operational issues. If you have experience in operations or program management looking for a growth opportunity, we have the position you are looking for. In this role you will leads operations for DSE in India and collaborate and partner with other DSE operations managers around the world on various projects, monitor budgets and spending, solve complex problems, make diving catches, and play an active role in hiring-related activities. We deliver industry-leading developer software which abstracts and showcases Intel platforms while enabling developers to easily get timely, scalable, and cost-efficient performance so that Intel business is amplified through our HW and SW developer community.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of experience in Business Operations Management or equivalent role(s) Familiarity with processes around planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Proficiency in enterprise applications such as: Workday, Power BI, Office 365 (especially excel), MS Teams Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Purchasing, Contract management, HR Prior Intel experience in finance or project management or in a similar business operations role

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
