About the Role
Asia Miles, Asia’s leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme, is looking for a temporary Business Operations Officer to join Strategy & Analytics team on a 6-month contract basis.
The Business Operations Officer supports Strategy & Corporate Planning Manager in managing on-going projects. He/she is expected to work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Accountability on ensuring products and services provided to Asia Miles by external vendors meet service levels agreed
- Point of contact for Member Services Team on resolving any escalated member enquiry cases
- Project performance tracking and reporting
- Sales and inventory management
- Vendor management
- Other ad-hoc duties to support smooth operations of on-going projects
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, Business Administration or Logistics is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, skillful in Excel
- Good numerical skills and strong attention to details
- A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
