Project and Process Administration
• Create all project related documents such as project plan, timeline, charter, scope statement, status reports, testing plan, go-live plan, communication plan, quality plan, human resource plan, presentations to steering committee and other exectives, and other documents that maybe required during the project phases.
• Review and update all project documentation regularly
• Ensure the status updates are created regularly and distributed according to the planning to relevant stakeholders
• Communicate and align with all operational departments stakeholders, document all standard processes for all line of business within operation.
• Organize and facilitate workshops for process optimization discussion, conduct cost & benefit analysis, coordinate and create of implementation timelines.

Project and Process Management
• Execute initiatives and changes of projects from planning to implementation.
• Support the project manager in organizing and facilitating workshops for requirement gathering, assisting with monitoring vendor deliverables, processing and managing other project related requests by the project manager.
• Execute initiatives and changes of process optimization from planning to implementation.
• Accountable for gap analysis of “should be” and “as is” in terms of operational efficiency & productivity.
• Coordinate and liaison with representatives from various departments to ensure initiatives and changes related activities are executed and completed within the scheduled time frame, this includes external vendors.
Ad-hoc tasks
• Assist the Senior manager and project management manager in all aspect of departmental related administration and initiatives/changes undertaken by the department.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects or initiatives for the purpose of achieving Operations and MBFS China business objectives.
• Improvements on system functionalities to optimize the process.
