Your tasks and responsibilities: Act as main point of contact to customers and business partners for all customer services matters in your region Handle incoming service requests and incidents, coordinate activites and schedule or dispatch the Ultrasound Customer Service Engineer team Provide technical product support and share expert advice to ensure fast resolution times Proactively monitor ultrasound-system performance and field actions using state of the art CRM and remote support solutions Take on the lead for escalations and drive collaboration within the organization to secure customer satisfaction Coordinate execution of maintenance activities, software updates and post market surveillance requirements Proactively follow up with customers after completion of services to ensure a high level of satisfaction and constant improvement of services quality Track spare parts supply and ensure continuous transparency through close cooperation with material logistics Coordinate technical training for ultrasound customer service engineers / business partners and ensure required certification for high quality service delivery Team-up with our apps and capital sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and end-customer happiness Your qualifications and experience: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent 5+ years experience as medtech field service / technical engineer and service coordinator, an ultrasound background will be a strong advantage Proficient in using MS Office software and CRM, dispatch and remote support tools Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge on IT hardware, software and windows operating systems Proven ability to support field engineers and customers remotely The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 54.000,- (full-time please be aware that this amount only applies to Austria).
