In this role, you have the opportunity to

Drive global Services and Solutions price performance across markets, businesses and functions.

Target Price Realization standards for spare parts, contract price are key element to control along with price mix realization.

You are responsible for

  • Manage specific services price performance initiatives and programs (project management), track and monitor implementation against the set price targets, early flag and escalate if off track and initiate problem solving to improve

  • You make monthly contract and part price performance available on monthly basis and interact with business partner finance in business / markets to drive actionable insights.

  • Your role is a key “connector role” between central and market-pricing leaders, the commercial perform team and the business partners finance in market and businesses.

  • Strong involvement in automation of Price, Volume and Mix analysis to drive monthly price and mix insights per business market combination (BMC) and support portfolio optimization

  • Enhance price insights from servicemax looking at country discount levels, free of charge across markets, labor and parts indexation automation.

  • Support design framework to optimize price setting per BMC in collaboration with Strategic Pricing Team

  • Support Strategic Pricing Team on collaboration with Commercial policy to roll-out approval process at every relevant touch point, drive price indexations, address leakages

  • Manage global customer service commercial performance KPI’s and Daily management across markets and businesses and apply PRIDE problem solving if off target, to improve

  • Manage weekly and monthly price performance reviews with businesses, markets, functions on service commercial performance and productivity – prepare on key focus areas – report out and feedback loop into overall service performance governance model

  • Involvement and inclusion of wide stakeholder landscape across markets, businesses and functions

You are a part of

The Services and Solutions Commercial performance team, within the M2O / Marketing group of global Services and Solutions as well as the drive close interaction with the finance market and business partners to drive actionable insights. This team is responsible for driving global services commercial as well as price performance, based on analytical capabilities, understanding of customer and market service requirements, and rapid deployment of internal and external best practices.

We act in a dynamic environment of collaboration with markets, business and functions, where we apply operational excellence to lead to visible change and results for our markets, and continued value to our customers.

The Service & Solution Delivery business partner pricing is responsible for continuous value creation and gives support to market and business finance partners and market and business leaders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s Degree in relevant field (business, pricing, finance, accounting, economics); advanced degree required

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to understand and explain market and business price results and translate into financial consequences.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within similar roles

  • Preferable experience in financial / FP&A modelling, and quick on your feet with data set modelling.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience (internal & external)

  • Sales/ Customer service background

  • Strong experience in pricing topics

  • Experience with data and data analysis

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Lean Methodology experienced

  • Results driven mentality

  • High work flexibility

  • Able to deliver upon challenging deadlines

  • Evidence of strong intrinsic motivation to deliver results working with remote teams

  • Fluency in written/spoken English
